Deskripsi Kerja
Company: JEV Management & Trading
Job Scope / Responsibilities:
– Assist with IT infrastructure
– Maintain equipment including hardware, software, and systems
– Diagnose network and system problems; react to failures and errors
– Install and set up necessary software and hardware/peripherals
– Provide users with technical support
– Ensure all daily tasks or processes are successful
– Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma in IT or related fields, with at least 1 year of troubleshooting experience
– Good interpersonal and communication skills
– Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
