We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Counsel to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal guidance and support to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal disputes, and advising on corporate governance matters. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in an understandable way.
The successful candidate will hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice law. Previous experience in a corporate legal environment is preferred.
