Deskripsi Kerja
GAJAN TRADING M SDN BHD is seeking a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist in day-to-day operations, manage office tasks, and help bring in new clients. Key responsibilities include filing documents, calling clients for payment follow-ups, preparing invoices and salary slips, managing emails, and preparing quotations for tenders.
We prefer candidates with less than 3 years of experience in Admin/Data Entry. A minimum education of STPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree is required. English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a must. Female candidates preferred. Own transport is necessary. Salary ranges from RM 2,200 to RM 2,500 per month.
