Deskripsi Kerja
Innity Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. In this role, you will:
- Provide project management skills for every campaign, facilitating communication between the client, creative team, and operations team.
- Assist sales personnel with client management and closely follow up to ensure each project proceeds smoothly.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries regarding campaigns, ensuring client satisfaction with our services.
Job Type: Internship
Contract Length: 3 months
Pay: RM900.00 per month
