Deskripsi Kerja
Kuhen Rehab & Wellness is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining an up-to-date customer database.
- Scheduling and confirming customer appointments.
- Managing incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assisting the sales team with targeted strategies and performance reporting.
- Engaging with customers via social media and addressing their needs.
This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for fresh graduates. Salary ranges from RM1,800.00 to RM2,200.00 per month with benefits including maternity leave and professional development opportunities.
