Deskripsi Kerja

As a Recruitment Executive, you’ll be in charge of in-house hiring for various roles, from blue-collar to managerial positions in our Office, Project Implementation, Project Sites, and Solar EPCC.

Your responsibilities include building a talent pool database, job postings on social media, conducting salary market research, and facilitating Training Needs Analysis (TNA).

Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, 3 years of experience, and proficiency in English, Mandarin, and BM. We’re looking for an outgoing and independent individual.

Full-time position with a salary of RM3,500.00 – RM4,500.00/month.
