Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated and fluent Trilingual Customer Support Specialist in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese to assist US-based caregivers with our HHA mobile application. This in-office role is based in Malacca.
Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support for app issues, conducting training sessions for caregivers, logging issues using our ticketing system, and collaborating with the attendance team to address repeat user errors.
Qualifications include fluency in the required languages, excellent communication skills, a strong customer service mindset, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
