Deskripsi Kerja
Swiss-Garden Hotel Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to supervise and lead our front office team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage guest check-in/check-out processes, handle guest complaints, and ensure compliance with hotel policies.
The ideal candidate will possess a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management and have proven experience in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in property management systems are essential.
Job Type: Permanent | Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM7,00.00 per month
