A’Famosa Resort Hotel Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join our team.
Your responsibilities will include managing and supervising all F&B outlets, ensuring smooth operations, and coordinating with kitchen staff for seamless service. You will lead, train, and motivate our service team, conduct daily briefings, and monitor staff performance.
Additional duties involve managing outlet budgets, implementing up-selling techniques, and enforcing hygiene standards. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
Job Type: Contract | Pay: RM4,00.00 – RM5,00.00 per month | Work Location: On the road.
