Deskripsi Kerja

Language Requirement: English + Filipino
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Rotational Shift, 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Monday to Sunday)
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Key Responsibilities: Develop training programs, monitor quality assured interactions, provide feedback, prepare reports, and enhance knowledge content.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree, 2 years in training/quality (BPO preferred), fluent in English and Filipino.
Pay: RM5,00.00 – RM8,00.00/month
