Deskripsi Kerja

Working Hours: Currently 2 shifts (Morning & Afternoon), with plans to expand to 3 shifts soon. Shift allowance will be provided for applicable hours.

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role: Join our travel industry support team and assist travelers in having stress-free journeys. You’ll handle inquiries via calls, chats, and emails regarding bookings, changes, cancellations, and more.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Mandarin & English.
• Customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to work rotational shifts (including weekends).
