Deskripsi Kerja

The KK Group of Companies is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Intern (CRM) to join our team. You will assist in handling customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring satisfaction, and maintaining a positive attitude. Responsibilities include recording customer interactions and participating in monthly outlet visits.

Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related fields. Excellent communication skills are essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus. This internship requires a commitment of three (3) months or more.

Pay: RM1,00.00 per month. Location: Menara KK, Bandar Tasik Selatan KL. Reliable commute or relocation is necessary.
