MB VEST SDN BHD (CAPRI BY FRASER JOHOR BAHRU) is seeking a dedicated Guest Relations Executive to provide exceptional service to our guests. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring a clean workplace, managing VIP reservations, addressing guest complaints, and coordinating with housekeeping. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,700.00. Benefits include free parking, health insurance, maternity leave, and meals provided.
