Deskripsi Kerja

HSR Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a Junior Operations Executive to assist the Operation Manager in overseeing daily building operations. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance, addressing tenant complaints, and managing electrical installations in compliance with regulations. You’ll also aid in preparing for AGMs and EGMs.

Requirements: Degree/diploma in Real Estate/Property Management, 1+ year experience in high-rise property management, and knowledge of the Strata Management Act. Strong communication skills are essential.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: RM2,800 – RM3,500 monthly. Benefits include cell phone reimbursement, free parking, and more.
