Deskripsi Kerja

Agensi Pekerjaan Workle Sdn Bhd is seeking an IT Operations and Administration Executive to join our team. The role involves IT administration, customer service support for maintenance clients, resource scheduling, RMA handling, onboarding monitoring, reporting, and contract management.

Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or equivalent IT experience of at least 1-2 years. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires a proactive approach to workload management and customer service expertise.

Preferred language is Mandarin, and applicants should be willing to work flexibly in our Bangsar office.

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM3,500.00 – RM3,800.00 per month
