Deskripsi Kerja
Join our team at OasisEye JB Sdn Bhd, located at Beletime Danga Bay, Johor Bahru. We are seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors professionally.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist in managing complaints and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Support administrative tasks and billing as needed.
Requirements include:
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience or fresh graduates welcome.
Compensation: RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
