Join Trinity Workforce Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia as a Customer Support Agent! In this role, you will provide exceptional helpdesk support via telephone, chat, and email. Your responsibilities include exceeding customer expectations and collaborating with a team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Requirements: At least 18 years old, qualifications (SPM, UEC, SKM 3, SVM 3, IGCSE), fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and willingness to work rotating shifts. Fresh graduates are welcome!
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM2,800.00 per month
