Deskripsi Kerja

Shang Height Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented QAQC Executive to join our team. This full-time position focuses on ensuring the quality of construction before unit handover.

Job Scope:

  • Monitor construction quality before handover.
  • Conduct daily inspections and report progress.
  • Follow up on rectification work by contractors.
  • Create analytical reports with photographic evidence.
  • Coordinate unit handover after obtaining CC.
  • Liaise with purchasers regarding defect reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month

Work Location: In-person
