BATERIKU (M) SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our customer happiness team at our headquarters in Shah Alam. This full-time position requires candidates with a minimum of SPM or equivalent qualification. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, live chats, and emails. It’s essential to assist with customer inquiries, resolve complaints tactfully, and maintain relationships with different departments and team members. Proficiency in both English and Malay is mandatory.
