Deskripsi Kerja
Join Powerwell as an Assembly Assistant Supervisor and play a vital role in our production team! You will assist the Supervisor in managing daily production activities, ensuring quality standards are met and timelines adhered to. Your key responsibilities will include coordinating operator assignments, providing guidance on workflow, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 1-2 years of supervising experience in an assembly plant, a strong understanding of assembly processes, and excellent communication skills. A Technical Certificate is preferred, and experience in LV/MV switchboard/switchgear manufacturing is a plus.
