ARI-Armaturen, a leading German manufacturer of control, isolation, and safety valves, is seeking a Technical Supervisor for our location in Malaysia. As a family-run business with an international presence, we pride ourselves on our autonomy and quality.
Your Responsibilities: Oversee the technical team, ensure prompt handling of customer service requests, provide reports to the General Manager, and build relationships with customers and partners.
Your Profile: Experience in service management, a degree in engineering, excellent English, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel.
