Planet Telecoms Managed Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle service requests, sales interactions, and customer inquiries about our telecommunications services.
Requirements: Diploma or equivalent, preferably with retail experience in telecommunications, and at least one year of related experience. Strong communication skills and flexibility to work weekends and holidays are essential.
