Job Purpose: Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior management, ensuring effective time management and communication across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments.
- Organize travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
- Track deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Arrange meetings and record minutes.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration.
- Proven experience as a PA or Executive Assistant.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
