Deskripsi Kerja

Job Scope:

• Report to the Supervisor or senior managers as needed.
• Liaise between the Supervisor and fellow employees.
• Assist in hiring and training new employees.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions.
• Monitor job performance metrics for individuals and teams.
• Provide technical guidance and address productivity concerns.
• Prepare job descriptions and work schedules.
• Participate in a management training program.

Requirements:

• Full-time office hours
• Available to start immediately
