Deskripsi Kerja

We are excited to announce a job opening for the position of Accounts Clerk at Agensi Pekerjaan NS Shue Sdn Bhd, located in Klang Utama. The salary range for this role is RM 2,00 to RM 3,00 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update project billings in the system;
• Generate and deliver invoices, credit notes, and debit notes;
• Prepare statements of accounts for customers;
• Liaise to resolve inquiries from customers;
• Ensure timely collections;
• File invoices and billing sheets accurately;
• Assist in month-end closing of accounts.

Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent;
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
