Role Summary:
The Customer Success Specialist at WIL plays a vital role in our client-focused operations, combining excellent communication and administrative skills with a consultative sales approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and healthcare practitioners.
- Conduct client assessments to understand their needs.
- Facilitate onboarding for new clients.
- Maintain accurate client records.
Job Type: Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM1,737.97 – RM3,500.00 per month
