Deskripsi Kerja
Samsung Electronics is seeking a Master Trainer to oversee training initiatives for our products. Key responsibilities include managing trainer allocations, developing training materials, and leading a nationwide training program for Field Trainers. You will also collaborate on new product launches, maintain performance records, and execute soft skill training for underperforming stores.
The ideal candidate holds at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree, with 3-6 years of experience in product training, preferably in Consumer Electronics. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is essential. We are looking for individuals who excel in Training & Development.
