About the Job

Location: On-site in KL/Penang

Languages Required: Mandarin (Fluent), English (C1)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions with staff.
• Facilitate workshops in Mandarin/Hokkien.
• Document processes and translate needs into requirements.
• Validate automation effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Background in business analysis (ERP/warehouse/purchasing).
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Pay: RM100.00 – RM140.00 per hour
