Red Contact Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and skilled Call Center Team Leader to drive our customer care team’s success. You will guide a dedicated group, ensuring they meet goals by delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities include overseeing training, managing real-time operations, and supporting management with performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a focus on continuous improvement. Enjoy a competitive salary of RM3,500.00 to RM4,100.00 per month, plus benefits.
