The successful candidate will be responsible for managing operations within the plant, handling and operating equipment, troubleshooting any plant issues, and implementing safety policies to ensure a secure work environment. Additionally, the role involves conducting quality assurance and maintenance of equipment while overseeing the performance of plant workers.
