Role Purpose: Lead and coordinate customer programmes to ensure timely execution within budget and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as main liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams.
- Monitor programme plans and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage risks and report on status.
