Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide expert legal advice and support on various matters, including corporate governance, compliance, and contract negotiations.
The Legal Counsel will be responsible for reviewing legal documents, advising on legal risks, and ensuring adherence to laws and regulations. Candidates must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
A Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a valid license to practice law are required. Experience in corporate law or a similar field is preferred.
