Rakanda Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Floor Supervisor to oversee employee activities, coordinate the shipping and receiving of merchandise, and assist customers effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure the efficient operation of goods management while adhering to company procedures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage department goods according to company procedures
- Ensure FIFO sequence when stacking merchandise
- Monitor sales and customer purchase trends
- Verify pricing and merchandise displays
- Maintain cleanliness in the department
- Promote professionalism among retail staff
- Assist in management during Outlet Manager’s absence
