Job Description:
- Contact customers for overdue payments.
- Monitor and follow up on payments.
- Assess financial situations for debt collection.
- Collaborate with customers on payment issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Computer literate and good communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
