Yang Mau Sien Trading is seeking a Customer Service Representative! Your responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries about online shopping on platforms like Shopee and Lazada, identifying customer needs, suggesting product options, and resolving complaints efficiently.

This full-time position offers a monthly salary of RM2,200.00 to RM7,500.00, along with benefits like annual leave, EPF, SOCSO, commissions, and meal allowances.
