Deskripsi Kerja
TWY Search International (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated individual for the Front Desk Customer Service position. Key responsibilities include managing Front Office Operations, providing excellent customer service through inbound calls, and conducting telesales for our products, including CRM and Insurance. You will also assist with administrative tasks related to bank reconciliation and inquiries.
Ideal candidates should possess a minimum Diploma or Degree, have at least 1 year of experience in customer service, and demonstrate strong attention to detail, especially when handling transactions.
This is a full-time, permanent role with a competitive salary ranging from RM2,800.00 to RM3,500.00 per month, along with benefits including insurance coverage, EPF, and professional development opportunities.
