Deskripsi Kerja
Company Background: Hirehub Management Sdn Bhd is a leading technology solutions provider with over 15 years of experience in workforce management and automation systems, offering services like time & attendance, payroll, access control, and dormitory management throughout Malaysia, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for software-related issues via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software problems (training provided).
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions.
- Document support cases and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
Location: Permas Jaya, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM 2,00 – RM 2,500 per month
