Dukoo Media Sdn Bhd is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused individual to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and providing an excellent experience.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via TikTok.
- Assist with product information, order tracking, and complaints.
- Maintain professional communication and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English.
- Positive attitude; customer service experience preferred.
Working Hours: Mon–Sat, 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM.
