Eric & Co Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and management of our buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure that the buildings are well maintained, clean, secure, and operate smoothly.
Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining communication with residents, and overseeing financial management. Applicants should have strong communication skills and experience with building management systems, security, and safety issues.
A minimum of 2 years of experience and a Diploma/Advanced Diploma are required.
