Deskripsi Kerja
CUBEBEE DESIGN SDN BHD is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor. The ideal candidate will manage contracts, prepare tender documents, and estimate project costs while coordinating with site teams. Responsibilities include negotiating with suppliers, monitoring costs, and evaluating claims.
Requirements: Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Survey/Construction Management, and at least 3 years of experience in an interior design firm. Strong negotiation skills and own transportation are essential.
This full-time position offers a salary of RM4,500.00 – RM6,00.00 per month, with benefits including free parking.
