Deskripsi Kerja

Pristine Resources is seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive to expand our manpower supply business. In this role, you will identify and engage potential factory clients in need of local and foreign workers, fostering long-term partnerships to enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients (factories and logistics companies).
• Make cold calls, set meetings, and present solutions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate terms with management.
• Collaborate with the operations team to fulfill client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 – RM3,00.00 per month

Requirements: Experience in B2B sales, fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English, and a minimum Diploma qualification. Location preferred in Perai.
