Deskripsi Kerja
MGB Berhad is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team in Shah Alam. In this role, you will address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely resolution. Responsibilities include clarifying complaints, documenting customer interactions, and coordinating with project teams.
We require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a property-related industry, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills and knowledge of property regulations will be advantageous.
This is a contract position with a salary starting from RM2,300.00 per month.
