Deskripsi Kerja

We are looking for a Front Office and Customer Service Executive! In this role, you will handle front desk operations, manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp, and promote our mobile app for online transactions. You will also participate in telesales activities and support your team as needed.

Requirements: Minimum Diploma/Degree, at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Full-time, permanent positions offer RM2,500.00 – RM3,500.00 monthly salary, maternity leave, and professional development benefits.
