Ninja Van is seeking a skilled Key Account Fulfillment Executive to enhance client relationships. Responsibilities include client onboarding, daily operations management, primary customer support for operational inquiries, and collaboration with internal teams to boost customer retention and growth.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably in 3PL logistics. A diploma or degree is required, along with proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu. Strong interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment are essential.
