Deskripsi Kerja
Skynet Worldwide (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess at least SPM or Diploma, be proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, and have strong computer skills, including MS Office. A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure are essential.
Your main responsibilities will include monitoring delivery status, addressing customer inquiries, and preparing daily operational reports. This is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary ranging from RM1,800.00 to RM2,00.00. Benefits include maternity leave and professional development opportunities.
