Deskripsi Kerja

LOCAL FRY SDN BHD, a franchise of MarryBrown, is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing shift schedules, monitoring attendance, and delegating tasks based on staff skills and roles. You will oversee daily activities to ensure smooth operations and efficiency while conducting team meetings to provide guidance and performance feedback.

Additionally, you will train new and existing team members on tasks and procedures to foster a collaborative work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM2,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
