Responsibilities:
– Lead corporate secretarial services for public and private companies.
– Manage Board meetings and documentation.
– Review statutory filings and governance disclosures.
– Advise on compliance and regulatory matters.
Requirements:
– Licensed Company Secretary with 15+ years’ experience.
– Strong leadership and fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From RM10,00/month
