Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Ulu Tiram

Salary: RM2400 – RM3500 (Depends on experience)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM; Sat – on standby (depending on appointment/exhibitions)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Call customers and assist in production
  • Respond to customer messages
  • Extract customer details for follow-ups
  • Assist with inquiries or claims
  • Resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate records

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales/Marketing or related field
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • 1 to 2 years related experience preferred
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu
