Summary:
Join Cognizant as a Customer Support Team Lead, where you will excel in delivering best-in-class customer service. Your main responsibility will be to resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently through benefit inquiries and the pre-claim journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle enquiries via phone and live chat.
- Address member inquiries while maintaining service quality.
- Make recommendations and escalate issues as needed.
- Guide junior advisors and assist with complex inquiries.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of customer service experience in the insurance or financial industry required. Strong communication skills and integrity are essential.
