Your Responsibilities:
- Provide online support via WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Assist with training inquiries, registration, and payment.
- Guide users through system usage.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong communication skills.
